This wonderful antique English corkscrew is intricately turned on both the oak handle and iron shaft.  The handle has a brush that would have been used to brush away the dust on casts or bottles.  It would have hung on a loop at the top center of the handle. It is tight and could be used, but most collectors use them for decor.
